Hey my dear folks!

As you can see I'm back from my Vienna week.
It was amazing! I truely lost my heart overthere.
The city with its old building, the theatres, the catsles, the museums, all the parks and gardens!
You can't imangine how wunderful Vienna is.
I miss this city and the country so much.

We had summer temperatures of 27°C, sun was shining all day long and the photos I took look like they were from a postcard.
It was so warm, we could stay out till midnight without needing a jacket or even a longarm shirt.

My personal favourite was - of course - "Rudolf, Affaire Mayerling" [link] the musical I was looking forward to, already when I wrote my last journal!

It's based on the historical background of prince Rudolf who wanted a revolution for Austria and a new law that would garantee same chances for aristocrats and low class people. Of course his father, the emperior Franz Joseph excluded his from the throne heritage and Rudolf committed suicide at 31 years.

It was SO great!!!
Sunday evening we had the main cast on stage! Their voices make you cry, really. They were so damn good!
I watched it twice, Sunday and Wednesday night, and the ending is SO sad, I cried even more the second time.
